TCI Human Resources Policy
Everyone working at TCI first receives in-house training on TCI culture. They then have the chance to plan their careers with various competency trainings according to the requirements of their position. In addition, TCI attaches importance to gender equality among employees, different perspectives, cultural balance and the participation of new graduates in the workforce. Thus, TCI has the role of raising its own experts, bringing them into the business world and supporting them in planning their careers
In addition to their annual income, the TCI team, who work devotedly within a policy where performance is appreciated and rewarded, can receive different additional remuneration and earnings through performance evaluations in the middle and at the end of the year.
